A veteran of both the field and the corporate side of network marketing, Morris joins FreedomPath after 13 years as a top direct sales professional. He was ranked in the top 10 earners at his former company for the last 5 consecutive years before stepping into the company position as Senior Vice President of Field Development and Sales for another 4 years.

But Morris says his passion for network marketing all started with his mother, Marth Troy, who built a lucrative network marketing business while raising Ryan and a family

In contrast, Dilsheimer made a name for himself as a corporate marketing executive and brand manager at General Mills. A customer introduced Dilsheimer to network marketing, which he immediately fell in love with.
“I just fell in love with her — the freedom she gives, allowing you to work whenever you want, for as long as you want and with the people you want,” he said. “And I love the impact you can make, both by offering worthwhile products to people who need them and to the employees you bring on board by giving them the opportunity to create additional sources of income.”
He devoted more and more time to his “side hustle” until it became his full-time career.
