Robert Larry Sawyer II, 52, of Lazy Bear Ridge, Sylva, admitted two counts of probation violation, parole terminated.
Christopher Todd Jones Jr., 35, of Cloudy Valley Drive, Sylva, admitted two counts of probation violations, in each case the probation was revoked and sentences of not less than 10 and not more than 21 months and not less than 6 and not more than Activated at 17 months, accommodating 31 days of service at each count, Substance Abuse Treatment, Psychiatric and/or Psychological Counseling, Labour, and DART Program recommended.
David Christian Brown, 29, Canton, escapes arrest by motor vehicle with two aggravating factors, imprisonment for a period of not less than nine and not more than 20 months, credit for 56 days’ service, reimbursement of expenses, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric and/or psychological counseling, time off work and DART program recommended.
John Cody Delucia, 32, Slim Dillard Road, Sylva, possesses methamphetamine and possesses drug paraphernalia, was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay a $25 fine and costs and complete a drug education or drug abuse investigation.
Christopher Slade Barkley, 20, Thomas Valley Road, Whittier, first-degree arson, sentence not less than 56 and not more than 80 months, accredited 226 days served, ordered to pay costs and restitution of $90,950 and no contact with victim , substance abuse treatment, psychiatric and/or psychological counseling, employment termination, and DART program recommended.
Darren Ray Carter, 32, of Molasses Mountain Road, Sylva, has admitted a parole violation, revoked parole and a sentence of not less than six and not more than 17 months, treatment for substance abuse, psychiatric and/or psychological counseling , a layoff and a DART program recommended.
Cody Jason Green, 27, Violet Drive, Sylva, indecent liberties with a child, sentence of not less than 17 and not more than 30 months, count of 31 days served, ordered not to have contact with the victim and resign for 30 as Register sex offenders years.
Brandon Lee Mills, 28, Franklin, possession of methamphetamine, sentence of not less than five and not more than 15 months, suspended for 18 months and supervised probation on condition that he pay a $25 fine and costs and conduct an investigation received substance abuse.
Jessica Renee Yates, 42, Webster Road, Sylva, possession of methamphetamine, sentence of not less than six and not more than 17 months, suspended for 18 months and on condition that she serve 30 days of active time and pay a $25 fine and costs, assigned to TASC , served with a credit for a day; also admitted to a parole violation, sentence of 29 days.
Matthew Douglas Rowe, 35, Pumpkintown Road, Sylva, methamphetamine possession, sentence of not less than six and not more than 17 months in prison, suspended for 18 months and on condition that he serve 50 days of active time, fined US$25 -Dollars and expenses paid and assigned to MRI program and TASC, with credit for 50 days served.
Kaitlyn Ann Reyor, 27, Franklin, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, sentence of 120 days suspended for 18 months and placed under supervision on probation on condition that she pay a $100 fine and costs and be under electronic house arrest for 90 days subdued, assigned to TASC DART and MRT, instructed to have no contact with victim or co-defendant.
William Gary McLaughlin, 47, Kimberly Lane, Whittier, possesses drug paraphernalia, a 45-day sentence suspended for 12 months and placed on unsupervised probation on the condition that he pay a $50 fine and costs and receive a drug bus evaluation .
Marlene Marie Queen, 29, Acree Drive, Cherokee, juvenile delinquency contributor, 45-day sentence for 12 months and supervised probation on condition that she pay a $25 fine and costs, will provide a refund of $1,139.22 , receiving a substance abuse assessment and not having contact with the co-defendant; another charge of contributing to a juvenile delinquency, 45-day suspended sentence for 12 months and supervised probation; Conspiracy to steal, prayer for a verdict continued from term to term.
